About MGX
Founded in 2017 by Karam Gill & Daniel Malikyar, MGX CREATIVE was designed as a creative solution that combined traditional agency functions with full production services. By bringing the entire workflow under one roof, brands were able to have a single partner across research, development, production, and post production – at a fraction of the cost. Over the years, MGX’s multi-disciplinary approach resulted in over 7 billion views on branded content and ongoing partnerships with clients like FUJIFILM, Mercedes-Benz, Levi’s, and Uber. The company was recently named to the prestigious Adweek Creative 100 list, which identifies the “top 100 innovators reshaping the future of advertising”.
MGX has also built a film and TV division led by Gill, one of today’s most sought-after pop culture filmmakers (Forbes 30 Under 30, Variety Top 10 Documentary Filmmakers to Watch, RealScreen Under 40). Over the past 7 years, Gill/MGX produced many critically and commercially successful documentaries and docuseries including Amazon Prime Video’s Untrapped: The Story of Lil Baby, Hulu’s Rap Caviar Presents, Showtime/Paramount’s Supervillain, and YouTube Originals’ G Funk and Ice Cold. MGX is currently in production on several projects for a variety of streamers including HBO.
